Congress Park

LoHi is a neighborhood favorite located just north of Downtown and a stone's throw away from Riverfront Park. LoHi is the perfect blend of urban bustle and neighborhood charm. It is home to some of Denver’s best restaurants, shops, and bars. New condos line the main streets, while Victorian homes can be found on the quieter streets of LoHi.
Hilltop Hale Montclair
The Hilltop Hale Montclair neighborhood is an enclave of architectural charm and diversity. The side-by-side neighborhoods of Hilltop and Crestmoor are graced by three parks and offer English tudors, 2-story colonials and Georgians, and luxurious custom homes with beautiful yards, large lots, and abundant trees. Residents tend to choose this neighborhood for its lifestyle offerings, fine public schools, and proximity to downtown Denver and Cherry Creek.
Capital Hill. Cheeseman Park
These two adjoining areas are well known for their walkability, proximity to downtown, and urban charm. The Cheesman Park neighborhood is spacious and peaceful, and features historic mansions, high-rise condos, and rental apartments. The Denver Botanic Gardens runs into the park. Capitol Hill is great for its nightlife, young atmosphere, and has easy access to essentials like grocery stores, coffee shops, and more.
LoDo
Victorian and early 1900s architecture dominates this high-energy area that has undergone an extensive amount of remodeling and renovation. Residents are easily entertained with 90 brewpubs, sports bars, restaurants, and coffee houses. Union Station, Coors Field, and the Pepsi Center are major staples of this area. Many of the buildings in LoDo are mixed-use, adding to the liveliness of the area.
Golden Triangle
The Golden Triangle is a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood with an array of mixed-use buildings. It benefits from its close location to Civic Center Park, the Cherry Creek Trail, and the 16th Street Mall. This bustling area has experienced the development of many new and luxury condominiums and lofts.
Washington Park Wash Park is one of the premier neighborhoods in south central Denver. Located on a beautiful green-space in the heart of the city, Wash Park neighborhood is close to shops, restaurants, and family fun activities. The area brings together contemporary and Victorian architecture, and is considered one of the most beautiful and largest parks in Denver. With biking trails, a state-of-the-art recreation center, flower gardens, 2.6-mile jogging path, soccer fields, tennis courts, and lakes, this park is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.
Highlands
Highlands is where the old meets the new with lovely single-family houses, Victorian classics, refurbished bungalows, and modern residences. It is located just northwest of downtown Denver, and draws young professionals and families for the multitude of eclectic eateries, bike and pedestrian friendly streets, grocery stores, large parks, and lakes.

Rich with history, Congress Park has a plethora of brick bungalows and tree lined streets. Residents are proud of the area having a small town atmosphere. The park is a great place for a jog, picnic, or summertime swim, and close proximity to the busier Capitol Hill is a plus.
Riverfront Park
Riverfront Park is nestled between Lower Downtown and Lower Highlands, and perched atop Commons Park - the greenest space in Downtown Denver! Located on the eastern bank of the South Platte river, this neighborhood is insulated from the bustle of the city; yet, perfectly positioned to access the best of downtown. Living here gives you immediate access to the 40-mile Cherry Creek bike trail that parallels the river populated by kayakers, bikers, and runners.
Country Club
This historic neighborhood was founded in 1900, and is known for its striking beauty and opulent atmosphere. The Denver Country Club is a private, 18 hole regulation course surrounded by some of Denver’s most prestigious and architecturally elegant homes. Close proximity to Cherry Creek, Wash Park, and Speer Boulevard ensures residents have quick access to downtown.
Cherry Creek
The homes of Cherry Creek are more recent builds, and have a legacy of being luxurious and beautiful. With one of the nation’s most popular shopping districts, incredible fine dining, and the Cherry Creek Trail, there are plenty of things to do and see in this elegant neighborhood.
Park Hill
Located five miles east of downtown, Park Hill is one of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods offering a wide variety of architectural styles. Park Hill’s residents enjoy several retail and restaurant gems located in hidden pockets of the five square mile neighborhood. This historical neighborhood’s best selling points are a combination of its lush flora scenery and its close proximity of City Park, golf courses, and downtown.
City Park
City Park is an ideal neighborhood for first-time home buyers in Denver. Residents have local access to the largest park in Denver, City Park Golf Course, Denver Zoo, and the Museum of Nature & Science. Restaurant Row runs into the neighborhood and entails an eclectic variety of delicious options with plenty of outdoor patios and places to grab a drink.
Platt Park
Platt Park is an alluring place to call home with Old South Pearl Street claiming the main stretch of the neighborhood. It is home to a variety of delicious restaurants, charming coffee houses, bakeries, retail shops, and one of the best farmer’s markets in the metro area. The architecture is an eclectic mix of remodeled tudors, row homes, bungalows, and Denver square homes. Young families, long-standing residents, and DU students are common residents of Platt Park.
