During the course of the loan process you will be asked to provide the processor and underwriter with detailed documentation of your financial history. Be prepared to provide the following paperwork to our team for a timely submission to the underwriter:

During the course of the loan process you will be asked to provide the processor and underwriter with detailed documentation of your financial history. Be prepared to provide the following paperwork to our team for a timely submission to the underwriter:
- Clear copies of your driver’s licenses, state ID or passport
- 2 full years of personal address history. If your driver's license has a different address then your loan application please explain.
- Copies of checking and savings account statements for the past two months. We will need all pages even if they are blank.
- Evidence of any other liquid or semi-liquid assets such as stocks, bonds or money saved in retirement programs. Examples include 401k's, IRA’s, mutual funds or pensions. Again, be sure to include full statements, all pages, even if they are blank, for each account.
- Recent paycheck stubs for each borrower (30 days)
- W-2 withholding forms and personal income tax returns for the past two years (all K1′s and 1099′s).
- If you or the co-borrower is self-employed, at minimum, we’ll need 2 years of personal and business tax returns and a year-to-date profit and loss statement along with copies of the K1′s.
- Contact information for your homeowners insurance agent
- Statements for all mortgage accounts
- eSigned Lending Disclosures - these are a compilation of disclosures, authorizations, notices and forms that the state, government, federal government and AnnieMac Home Mortgage will require you to provide.
- Document any gift funds - please contact me direct for instruction on how to complete this portion.
- Complete and final separation agreement or divorce decree if applicable.
- Copy of lease agreements for all rental properties.
- If you have mandatory HOA dues on your primary or investment properties, please provide a copy of the HOA bill or HOA contact information.
